Who we are
In 2019, Leander Drieskens founded the recruitment company Pathos. It is a personal project influenced by classical recruitment that involves avant-garde methods. You can describe us as energetic with a go-getting attitude. One of our main goals is to incorporate Enneagram for Organisations in permanent recruitment.
Our selection methods are aimed at linking the candidates’ predictable behaviour to the client’s corporate culture through language, among other things. Job applicants experience our approach as personal and unique. Pathos finds the perfect match by applying the direct search method, conducting a job interview, looking into the candidate’s references, and introducing them into the Enneagram experience.
How we manage recruitment
Pathos assists candidates in finding jobs at different types of companies in various industries. This ranges from one-man businesses to SMEs to the largest multinationals. With it's no cure no pay strategy, the company helps clients find job applicants in the field of sales, marketing, administration, and construction.
However, sometimes exceptions are made for recruitments in other areas. While the company is based in Ghent, it recruits for positions throughout the Benelux.

Enneagram for Organisations
At Pathos, the focus lies on finding the perfect job match. To achieve this, the Enneagram for Organisations is integrated in classical recruiting. The Enneagram is a model that divides people into nine personality types. While the Enneagram has existed for a while, Pathos’ contribution to the system offers a new take, showing how these different personality types act in a working environment.
Typology dossier
Pathos’ comprehensive typology dossier incorporates strengths and weaknesses of the personality type in the workplace and possible so-called challenges. The system also mentions how the different types interact with their colleagues, what people appreciate in the types, what they do not like about them, as well as how to deal with them. Furthermore, the dossier includes how the personality type acts in a role of authority or towards an authority figure. The model gives objectives for personal growth and opens doors to the right guidance opportunities.
To organisational development
The method is widely promoted in Pathos’ business management. The Enneagram is used as a catalyst for organisational development at the level of the individual, the team, and the organisation. It is a powerful set of tools that offers a framework for reflecting on group and community dynamics and drivers. Furthermore, it helps maximise the return on investment, accelerate and support transformations in learning and development, and empower your managers, leaders, and coaches.
